Spelling Story

Music Time

"Let's go to our music museum" said Molly.
"That's a great idea, Molly" Ted said.
"Let's go!" said Jenny.
"Wait for me. I'm coming too!" said Ed. When they arrived, they went inside and started playing pretty music. Molly had a piano to play. Ted had drums. Jenny had a lion turn which you turn and it makes a lion roar. Ed had bells.

After the museum, they were playing in a Mississippi music concert. They were not nervous about playing on stage. They felt fine. Many people came to the first night of the show, close to a million. Before they started the show, they noticed Jenny was not there. "I'm going to find Jenny" said Molly. She opened the door and there Jenny stood.
"Can we start now?" asked Ed.
"Yes! We can." said Ted.

The concert began with the song Santa Claus Coming Down the Chimney. Then they played Build a Snowman. Next they sang songs about nature and honey. The people thought the music was too noisy and odd. They were hoping the music would be softer like the sounds of the ocean. Instead the music was like a loud mountain. Ted, Ed, Jenny and Molly played A Song from a Mother's Mouth. Everyone thought the song was pretty and perfect. The more they played the song the better it got.

After the concert, the judges of the concert gave the trophy to the winners. The winners were Ted, Ed, Jenny and Molly. They were very excited to win. They jumped with excitement. The judges said "Congratulations! You played really well. We all liked the song that you played."
